Refund Policy / Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns sent back without prior approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to an address within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. However, the item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take longer for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at kontakt@recens.dk.
